AVIXA Unveils New AVIXA.org to Enhance Content Discovery for AV Professionals

AVIXA has announced the launch of the new AVIXA.org, designed to enhance the discovery of professional AV resources for AVIXA members and the broader AV community, including training, certification, and thought leadership.

"Our goal was to move the website to its next phase by removing any sense of disconnection between users and the valuable content they consistently tell us they need," says Steven Guzi, director of digital product, AVIXA. "Much like our trade shows, we want everything we provide to be easy to discover and useful, whether you're an experienced pro AV professional or exploring your future in AV."

The evolution of the new website reflects extensive stakeholder and user feedback gathered through interviews at trade shows, surveys, and analysis of user behavior from the previous version of the site, the company says. This research process highlighted that many users were missing pathways to both new and essential resources that can support their growth through the pro AV industry. In response, AVIXA introduced new features designed to improve content discovery as users navigate education resources, industry insights, and additional offerings.

"This new website is part of a broader shift in how we show up for our audiences and industry overall," says Sam Minish, vice president of content delivery. "It's not just about a new look or new tools, it's about creating a clearer, more open, and more connected digital experience that supports learning, discovery, and meaningful engagement across our community."

One of the key new additions to the site is the "Explore" feature, which centralizes browsing by topic and content type, including videos, articles, training, and webinars. This area integrates popular AVIXA TV content more seamlessly, allowing users to discover videos in context with related learning resources and industry insights. Personalized and recommended content also appears throughout the site, helping users more easily connect with resources aligned to their professions and interests.

Explore also introduces a new "Community" experience highlighting AVIXA Xchange advocates -- a distinguished group of AV and IT industry thought leaders committed to sharing expertise, fostering dialogue, and supporting the industry's continued growth.

The updated website also moves away from a desktop-first approach, delivering a consistent and accessible experience across both desktop and mobile devices, wherever users choose to engage.
