High Resolution Systems Expands Executive Staff with Four New Hires

High Resolution Systems (HRS) has announced four new hires, Amie Kucab, Paul Goeringer, Tony Ardingo, and Jim Kosmerick, to support continued growth in the company's product roster and national presence.

Kucab joins HRS as national sales executive for commercial accounts. She has five years software sales experience in the CAD/CAM space and with RFID solutions as business development executive at both Zebra Technologies and CADCAM-E.COM, Inc. Kucab is a graduate of Michigan State University.

"I am excited to join the HRS team because I know the products I will be representing are cutting edge and can help change the way the AV/IT industry thinks," she says. "The HRS vision is pretty clear. I strive to not only share my knowledge but also gain as much knowledge from others as possible about this ever-changing industry. Technology is constantly changing in front of our eyes, and we must continuously learn in order to stay ahead of the game."

Goeringer comes on board at HRS as national sales executive for event and exhibit accounts. He was previously account representative/executive producer at UTP Productions, Inc. in Clarkston, Michigan. Prior to that he spent ten years with Idea Consultants, Inc. in Southfield as executive vice president and executive producer. Goeringer is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

"I'm happy to join HRS and the talented of group of people here. HRS and its partnership with Lightware U.S.A. offer amazing opportunities," he says. "I have produced exhibit and live productions for over 25 years and been lucky enough to have worked with some great people in the industry and maintained strong relationships with them. I am confident that, with HRS, I can bring new and engaging solutions to many of the people I have worked with in the past and new companies throughout the rental, staging, and exhibit industries."

Ardingo has joined the company in technical support. He was previously at Best Buy where he was most recently a Geek Squad consultant. Prior to that he was a mobile sales lead. Before Best Buy he was the assistant store manager at Hungry Howles.

"What I enjoy and am excited about with HRS is that it is always evolving and growing. Since I have been here we have continually moved forward with our product and have grown and adopted it to fulfill the needs of our customers and markets. We are constantly adding new features whether it comes from a customer request or just something we know will fill a need. I enjoy helping our customers solve their problems and coming up with unique solutions creating things that have not been done before."

Kosmerick comes to HRS as the new director of marketing. Kosmerick, who has over 17 years of marketing experience, will lead the company's marketing strategy and implementation efforts including advertising, promotions, public relations, digital and social media strategy, marketing partnerships, and companywide branding initiatives. Additionally, Kosmerick will oversee the monitoring of KPI's, digital trends, and marketing analytics.

In his career, Kosmerick has developed award winning marketing initiatives centered on driving creative strategy for businesses in healthcare, transportation, software, package goods, automotive and trade associations.

Kosmerick holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Design and Marketing from Central Michigan University and spends a bulk of his spare time volunteering for local initiatives including as an outside evaluator for CMU's Graphic Design Capstone Project. Kosmerick is also involved with the nonprofit Designers Without Borders organization, Design-Altruism-Project and is a member of the Social Media Association of Michigan.

"HRS is growing fast and has a great team of experienced 'thinkers' who are helping change the infrastructure of businesses through centralized control. With a strong customer base including several fortune 500 companies, HRS is applying lessons learned to their new industry changing products. All of that plus a culture focused on team ownership, accountability and growth drew me to join the company. It's a refreshing and rewarding place to work."
