Blizzard Lighting Unveils Upgraded Lux Series of Vintage-Style LED Blinders Blizzard Lighting's latest line in its Lux Series features three versatile blinders all equipped with super bright WW (amber) LEDs, separate control of 3-in-1 RGB background LEDs, numerous built-in programs, and are available in 1m bar (Lux Reactor), quad-cell fixture (Lux Quadra X4), or eight-sided fixture form (Lux Capacitor 2). Built with reflective, aluminum inner housing to enhance brightness and produce an aura of vibrant color, these fixtures combine fresh looks with professional features. Warm white LEDs can be used for strobes or a warm glow, while pixel mapping allows for stunning arrays of colored FX. From intimate events to large-scale productions, the Lux Series is billed as flexible for any creative need. Durable, exterior metal housing is said to evoke nostalgia with its custom front mesh, and interior design offers up-to-date technology with RDM (remote device management), five-pin DMX input/output, and powerCON TRUE1-compatible connectors to make setups quick and hassle-free. Lux Capacitor 2 - The upgraded, next-gen fixture delivers intense 2,000K amber light via three 60W warm white LEDs, as well as: 48x 3W RGB background LEDs; ten built-in programs with speed control; 1-25Hz strobe effects; and locking bracket. Lux Reactor - A linear blinder with dual-visual layers combining 1,800K warm white output with strobe plus dynamic, colorful aura effects, including: six 60W warm white LEDs; 440 0.2W RGB background LEDs; 1-20Hz strobe effects; and locking bracket. Lux Quadra X4 - A high-intensity, quad-cell (50W LED) warm white blinder (1,900K) with RGB backlight and individual cell rings, featuring: 128 0.2W RGB background LEDs; 124 0.2W RGB ring effect LEDs; 1-25Hz strobe effects; and built-in latches for linking capabilities. "The Lux Series captures that perfect balance between retro inspiration and modern punch," says Lucas Alonso, creative director of product experience at Blizzard Lighting. "They're bold, architectural pieces that look as good in a buildout as they do on a stage -- built for designers who want texture, movement, and that instant 'wow' factor without overcomplicating their rig." The trio offers versatility as they work together seamlessly at any event or stage, and can also work as complimentary additions to existing rigs, the company says. Each fixture exudes comforting golden amber hues, color-mixed indirect backlight, and retro personality making them a suitable tour-ready package. The new Lux line is available now through Blizzard's authorized reseller network, and is backed by their two-year extendable warranty and exceptional after-sale service. See these fixtures in action-among 25+ new products debuting from Blizzard Lighting at the LDI Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
