Apollo Design Technology Adds Three to the Team

Dan Boldt, Jeanine Usher, and Jeff Salisbury, Apollo Design Technology

Apollo Design Technology, Inc. has made three new additions to their team.

Apollo Design Technology announces the appointment of Jeff Salisbury as laser / gobo technician. In this role, Salisbury will operate the high precision laser machines to produce metal and glass gobos.

Prior to joining Apollo Design Technology, Salisbury worked in various sales and customer service positions. He is also a freelance theater arts instructor / director and works extensively with local theater groups. Most recently, he played Shrek in Fort Wayne Civic Theater's production of Shrek the Musical. Salisbury holds a bachelor of theater arts degree from Bethel College.

"Jeff's background in theater provides valuable insight into our creation of gobos. His talents will bring a fresh perspective to the production team." Joel Nichols, president of Apollo Design Technology said.

"Apollo Design has a fantastic reputation and I am excited to work for a company that is so respected in the industry. I also love to create the lighting design tools and gobos that I use when I am in the theater." Salisbury said.

Dan Boldt has joined the CNC team as a machinist for Apollo Design Technology, Inc. In this role, he will operate the CNC lathes, CNC mills, and laser machines to create the precision parts used in the company's AVERE fixtures and other products.

Boldt joined Apollo Design in 2011 as a laser / gobo technician. He previously worked for seven years in steel joist production at New Millennium Building Systems.

Nichols said, "Dan's reputation for working hard, prioritizing, and completing jobs on time is an asset to the company."

"The opportunity to learn new skills is very exciting. To be able to take raw material and turn it into a beautiful and functional product is thrilling," Boldt said.

Jeanine Usher joins Apollo Design Technology as QC technician. In this role, Usher will work with the production teams to insure both purchased and manufactured parts and products meet quality standards.

Prior to joining Apollo Design Technology, Usher worked at Undersea Sensor Systems as a quality auditor and purchased material inspector. Usher is currently attending Brown Mackie College with a focus in business.

"Jeanine's attention to quality and detail will further enhance our focus on building superior quality products," Nichols expressed.

"Everyone at Apollo Design is so warm and friendly. I am thrilled to be a part of this team and can't wait to see what the future holds." Usher said.
