Westview Grows Projects and Operations Team

Leah Springman and Amber Marti, Westview Productions

The Colorado-based entertainment, energy, and immersive technology solutions firm has welcomed two new specialists to its project management and operations team. Leah Springman and Amber Marti will bring their vast knowledge in the industry to Westview Productions.

As a new project manager, Leah Springman is responsible for providing support to Westview clients and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. She has an extensive background in theatrical lighting design and has built a diverse career as a designer, project manager, and educator. Prior to joining Westview Productions, she worked at a Los Angeles-based company specializing in lighting design and project management for trade shows, corporate theatre, and themed entertainment environments. Besides being passionate about theatre and event technology, Springman is an advocate for women and other under-represented groups interested in pursuing careers in these fields.

"We're hiring high-caliber professionals as the company continues to grow," said Eric Bloom, president of Westview. "Leah brings tremendous expertise to our firm having created a one-of-a-kind certificate program in theatre and event technology. She has the drive to succeed in this industry."

Amber Marti joins Westview as an operations assistant. In her role, she will assist with the operations staff to ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly in addition to supporting various departments throughout the company, and monitoring all office locations.

"I am truly excited to be here where I can continue my professional development and have a tremendous opportunity to grow and put into practice what I have learned so far," Marti expressed.

Marti has been interested in the lighting industry since high school. It was there where she started putting her skills to work and ongoing through college while she attended Colorado Mesa University. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work at some of the best Fortune 500 companies such as Walt Disney World and Apple.

"We are very fortunate to have these two talented ladies join the Westview team as we continue to fortify the company's position as one of the industry's top integrators. We look forward to seeing their experience and leadership drive the company even closer to our goals," Bloom added.

Springman and Marti are both based in Westview's Denver office. Springman can be reached via e-mail at Lspringman@WestviewProductions.com or by phone at 720.773.8702. Marti can be reached via e-mail at Amarti@WestviewProductions.com or by phone at 720.414.5654.
