BCi Releases Wireless Edition of BestBoy-2 The BCi Pocket Console DMX has gone wireless. Utilizing the LumenRadio CRMX TiMoOne technology, the BestBoy-2 is still the smallest, most graphic "hands-on" and "user-friendly" DMX-512 controller in use today, the company says. Only now, it's even more portable. The BestBoy-2 has its transmitter built in the case delivering wireless DMX to the Pocket Console receiver. Levels are still set using eight channels of faders (slider pots). Each fader has an associated bump button, and all 512 DMX addresses are multi-patchable to any of the eight fader channels. The BestBoy-2 also functions as a recordable eight submaster console. The transmitter/receiver units are powered by 9v batteries or 120vac DC power supplies. From your kit to delivering DMX to whatever device you choose, and now wherever you choose that quickly.
