Williams is an experienced finance leader; for almost 25 years, he helped to scale PRG through data-driven financial planning, disciplined management, and capital optimization, while building trusted relationships with stakeholders. At GearNet, Richard will support the company's next phase of growth by strengthening forecasting and reporting, sharpening operational KPIs, improving its planning cadence, and helping ensure capital is raised and deployed with clarity and discipline. Williams is based in the UK and, like the rest of the GearNet team, works fully remote.
