2016 IT Award Winners AnnouncedThe New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, which celebrate achievement in the Off Off Broadway theatre scene, announced its 2016 winners at its annual IT Awards ceremony on September 26. The Golfer led the design categories with two wins: Kaitlyn Elizabeth Day for outstanding costume design and Berit Johnson for outstanding innovative design (props). In addition, Aaron Gonzalez took home the award for outstanding lighting design in Wait Until Dark; George Allison for outstanding set design in Hot L Baltimore; and Joe Jung and KJ Sanchez for outstanding sound design in Unity (1918).
