TiMax SoundHub and TiMax Tracker Announcements at ProLight + Sound 2011

Out Board will be at Frankfurt Pro-Light + Sound in Hall 8, Stand A01 demonstrating the TiMax SoundHub S-Version's combination of sound effects editing and management with comprehensive show-control functionality. Aimed at theatre and live events sound designers, the new S-Version features include multitrack timeline cue programming, clip editing, looping, timeslip, volume-profiling and archiving, plus the waveform-based delay-pan programming pioneered by TiMax.

TiMax SoundHub will be demonstrated alongside the TiMax Tracker performer-tracking system, which follows presenters, actors, attraction visitor, and conference delegates to control audio localization, playback, lighting, and media servers. Several new prestige theatre sales and control partnerships for TiMax Tracker are due for announcement at the show.

TiMax SoundHub is a multichannel system matrix and audio playback server for theatre and opera sound, live events, AV installations, nightclubs, attractions and museums plus corporate, retail and themed environments. It comprises a scalable audio system matrix from 16 to 64 channels in/out with up to 64-tracks of random access audio playback in a single 2U chassis. Its powerful feature-set includes parametric EQ, assignable control and routing groups plus dynamic delay-matrixing to allow precise audio localization for performers, presenters, exhibits, signage, and attractions, along with 3D surround sound for effects and music.

Simple auto-config plug 'n play networking allows control from multiple PC and Mac clients or touch-panels such as Crestron or AMX. Optional modules provide compatibility with industry-standard audio networking such as MADI, EtherSound, CobraNet, and Dante.
