Behind the Scenes Wellness Lounge Returns to LDI 2026

The Behind the Scenes Wellness Lounge, presented by LDI, returns to the show floor in 2026 with an exciting lineup of educational sessions, practical resources, and one-on-one support designed specifically for entertainment industry professionals.

This year's Wellness Lounge features the return of several speakers alongside new conversations addressing some of the industry's most important challenges.

Attendees can participate in free Narcan training sessions, offered each day of the show, equipping participants with the knowledge and confidence to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency.

New presentations on timely topics include Calm is a Competitive Tool; The World is on Fire: You Don't Have to Be, presented by Jessica Chranowski; Grief, Gigs, and Getting Through, presented by Jennifer Kramer; Out of Sync: Managing Chronic Pain and the Brain-Body Connection, presented by Alison Heiser; Building Healthy Working Communities: Agency, Boundaries and Accountability, presented by Ned Keitt; and Communicating Under Pressure: The 5 C's of Communication, presented by Jillian Beggs.

Industry veteran and career coach Mark Heiser returns with his popular Exploring Career Expansions/ Transitions presentation, helping entertainment professionals identify transferable skills and navigate career change with confidence. Heiser will also offer one-on-one free career coaching sessions, providing attendees with personalized guidance on career expansions, resumes, interviewing, and exploring new opportunities.

Returning this year are ETC vice president David Lincecum, presenting a new session, Conversations That Matter: Alcohol, Recovery, and the Workplace; Scott Kinnebrew with Being Ready for It All to Go Wrong: Staying Grounded in Live Events; and Amy D.
