Adam Hall's Cameo Expands OTOS Series with the New IP65 Moving Bars OTOS LC12 and OTOS L16With the OTOS LC12 and OTOS L16 models, Adam Hall's Cameo is expanding the OTOS series with two IP65-certified linear solutions for dynamic lighting scenarios in the event and touring sector. In line with the motto "Shape Spaces. Create Motion," both models are aimed at lighting designers, rental firms, and production service providers who want to realize precise and visually consistent looks for both indoor and outdoor applications. Users will also benefit from consistent colors and styles across the OTOS series, as well as versatile creative possibilities and practical handling. Whether dense, expansive light surfaces, flowing wave movements, graphic pixel looks, ramp and chase effects or powerful strobe accents, the new OTOS Linear solutions have been developed for a wide range of applications. While the OTOS LC12 enables organic, kinetic light images and variable front light effects, particularly with its individually tiltable heads, the OTOS L16 focuses on clear lines and precise, symmetrical movement patterns. In combination with each other -- as well as with the other OTOS Wash models -- the moving bars add a new, linear dimension to the creative spectrum of the Cameo OTOS series. The OTOS LC12 transforms light into flowing shapes, enabling spectacular motion effects. The IP65 moving bar features twelve individually tiltable and zoomable 50 W moving heads with an RGBL color mixing system. With up to 206-degree tilt per head, individual zoom (3.3-40.5 degrees), integrated FX strip and a CCT range of 1,800K to 10,000K, the OTOS LC12 is suitable for kinetic beam looks and striking visual highlights as well as for atmospheric color and white light effects. The OTOS L16, which is also IP65-certified, complements the Linear portfolio with an LED moving bar for precise beam looks, symmetrical effects and seamless cluster applications. Equipped with 16 50W RGBL LEDs, the OTOS L16 generates a total light output of 9,000 lumens. Two independently controllable zoom segments (4.6-37 degrees), each comprising eight lenses, a motorized tilt range of 208 degrees, and the integrated FX strip make the OTOS L16 a versatile tool for dynamic zoom effects, fluid light patterns and dynamic accents that go far beyond the capabilities of a traditional static LED bar. In addition, several optional filters (circular, asymmetrical, dark, diamond structure) are available for additional creative possibilities. A key feature of the new OTOS Linear models is the visual and photometric harmonization within the entire OTOS family. Thanks to uniform RGBL color mixing, the OTOS Wash and OTOS Linear fixtures produce consistent colors, balanced whites and harmonious three-dimensional effects across the various models. Supplemented by FX-Strip, FX-Ring, and Single Pixel Control, Cameo lighting designers are able to realize consistent and dynamic lighting scenarios with a strong visual impact. In addition to the creative possibilities, a key focal point in the development of both models was everyday practical use. The OTOS LC12 and OTOS L16 have a robust IP65 housing for tough outdoor and touring use, practically positioned handles for quick and comfortable handling and a quick-lock mechanism for efficient rigging. Thanks to Seamless Clustering, both models can also be seamlessly combined to create smooth transitions across multiple units - well-suited for scalable lighting concepts on live stages, at festivals, in TV productions, for corporate events or in architectural installations. For easy and smooth transportation, Cameo also supplies the OTOS LC12 with a Tilt Lock Cover that holds the twelve tilt heads securely in place. The new Cameo OTOS LC12 and OTOS L16 are now available. More information: cameolight.com/otos-linears blog.adamhall.com
