Video Applications Inks Four-Year GSA Contract

Video Applications, Inc. (VAI), a WorldStage company, has secured the General Service Administration's coveted advertising and integrated marketing solutions (AIMS 541) contract. As a preferred vendor of high-profile, turnkey production, presentation, and exhibition services, VAI's complete process-oriented approach includes: A-to-Z project management; intra-agency coordination; pre/post-event site surveys; and audio, video, lighting, scenic, and production services.

"We are one of a handful of companies capable of offering complete and customizable, turnkey solutions within AIMS 541," says Lee Standard, government and prime programs contracting chief at VAI. "This can be attributed to VAI's 29-year history in the live-event communication, presentation, and training sectors. Past performance includes supporting the U.S. in its participation in NATO." For example, VAI supported prime support contractor, Northrop Grumman, mission systems, in its production of NATO's Informal Defense Ministerial Training Event. The event was at the direction of the US Office of the Secretary of Defense and required personnel with "secret" and "top-secret" clearance. VAI also recently supported live on-stage speaking engagements featuring both President Obama and former President Clinton.

Under the terms of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, WorldStage/Video Applications stands ready to provide turnkey and highly customizable solutions for the government's high-profile, live-audience events. While GSA pricing ranges from $50,000 to $550,000 per event, WorldStage/Video Applications has been fully vetted and deemed responsible for contracts in excess of $1 million. The unusually high contract level provide government agencies and companies that work with them confidence that VAI can be an effective partner in government contracts.

"WorldStage is uniquely qualified to fulfill the government's high-profile contracts thanks to our firm's extensive personnel capabilities, large bicoastal inventory, and detail-oriented processes all enabling our customers the agility they need to customize their high-profile productions," Standard says.
