Vincent Lighting Systems Announces Reorganization to Focus on Markets

Bill Groener and Tom Siko, Vincent Lighting Systems

For more than forty years, Vincent Lighting Systems (VLS) has expanded its operations and achieved significant growth, building on the strength of a great team and outstanding customers. As the growth continues, the company announced a reorganization to its structure and leadership team, to better serve their unique and diverse clients. For the past two years, VLS leadership has been structured around individual offices in Cleveland, Northern Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Detroit, and North Carolina. To improve the focus on market and operational areas, several key individuals at Vincent Lighting Systems have been identified to hold new roles within the leadership team.

Tom Siko assumes the role of president. Siko has been with Vincent Lighting since early 2018 and previously served as general manager. Based in Cleveland, Siko will lead the business and oversee all functional areas. Prior to Vincent Lighting Siko served as the vice president of sales and marketing with ILC in Chicago as well as vice president of sales with Lex Products Corporation.

Adam Hayward becomes director of sales and professional services. Hayward's leadership and success to drive growth particularly for VLS's systems integration division has been remarkable. With a "problem solving" mindset, he was recently promoted to general manager of the Kentucky office and now takes on a bigger role. Attending the University of Cincinnati -- Conservatory of Music, Hayward has been a valuable employee of Vincent Lighting for 12 years. In his new role, he will oversee all sales efforts for systems integration and product sales as well as professional services including project management and field service.

Herman Sayre is promoted to director of rigging. In 2018, Sayre, a "rigging industry veteran" joined Vincent, establishing their rigging installation division. Over the past two years, that business has grown significantly with several successful projects in the east and midwest, which now positions VLS to complete rigging projects around the country. To ensure continued growth and outstanding service in rigging, Sayre will be responsible for all aspects of the rigging business, including national specifications sales, inspections, installation, and rigging estimation.

JT Mauric becomes director of operations. Mauric is a veteran of Vincent Lighting, who started in the Ohio rental department in 2007. Mauric's responsibilities over the years have included assistant shop manager and shop manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for all rental shop operations, asset management, as well as facilities and information systems. Mauric is based in the Solon, Ohio office.

Laura Andreano assumes the role of controller. Andreano has been an employee at Vincent Lighting for the past 19 years, where she has been meticulously responsible for accounts payable. In her new role, Andreano will lead the company's finance and accounting team. Andreano has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Baldwin Wallace University. She is based in the Solon, Ohio office.

For the past year, Bill Groener has served as president of Vincent Lighting Systems and facilitated the transition from ownership by Paul Vincent (VLS founder) to Canterbury Capital LLC. Prior to his time at VLS, Groener held executive management positions with several companies including 4Wall Entertainment, ACT Lighting, Tim Hunter Design, PRG, Color Kinetics, and Strand Lighting. He will now assume a new role within Canterbury Capital LLC, to identify and pursue new entertainment industry acquisitions and successfully integrate them into the Canterbury portfolio.
