Group One Ltd. Appoints Two New Avolites Reps

Top: Right Track's Ian Staer, Mark McGuire, Kade Behm (Avolites/Group One), Russ Groover, and Avolites Sapphire Touch. Bottom: Navatech+Warman's Mike Rentos, Jan Castor, Steve Forgy, Mark Pearson, Brad White (Avolites/Group One), and Avolites Quartz.

Avolites' US distributor, Farmingdale, New York-based Group One Limited, announces that it has recently partnered with two independent manufacturers' representative firms -- Right Track Marketing and Navatech + Warman Marketing -- to service the Avolites and Ai brands in their respective territories. The announcement comes from Group One's Brad White, national sales manager for Avolites, to whom both companies directly report.

Headquartered in Golden, Colorado with a satellite office in Salt Lake City, Utah, Navatech + Warman Marketing is under the direction of principal Steve Forgy and now oversees the states of Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and southern Idaho, as well as the Texas city of El Paso, for Avolites and Ai.

With offices in New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, Right Track Marketing is managed by principal Bob Jordan and handles Avolites/Ai's Mid-Atlantic territories of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, eastern Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

"Both Navatech and Right Track have already proven themselves to be valuable Group One partners by representing several of our pro audio brands -- including DiGiCo, KLANG, XTA, and MC2 -- so we're very excited to now welcome them to our lighting side as well," says White. "Right Track has a great reputation for supporting its many dealers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New York Metro regions, as does Navatech in its massive territory spread out from Eureka, Montana to El Paso, Texas. We look forward to a long-term partnership with both firms as we continue to take the ever-expanding Avolites and Ai brands nationwide into new theatres, houses of worship, concert venues, and other performance spaces."

"With the addition of Avolites to our current lighting lineup, we now have a complete package to offer our lighting and AV dealers," says Right Track Marketing's Jordan. "Avolites products offer an incredible value to both professional lighting designers as well as entry-level end users. In short, Avolites has something for everyone and they have features that no one else in the industry can match! Also, with the addition of Ian Staer to our team, we can now service truly professional lighting and production companies in addition to the retail channel and mid-level production houses. Ian brings the experience that only a 'true lighting designer' has, and we will be fully utilizing him to provide a level of expertise that will be hard to beat."

Navatech's Forgy also shares his enthusiasm to be working with the lighting brand: "We take pride in representing truly exceptional, forward-thinking products here in our large territory -- which spans from Canada's border down to Mexico's -- and Avolites is every bit in keeping with that high level of quality and design excellence. Having recently merged our efforts with another agency, Warman Marketing, to form Navatech + Warman Marketing, we now have the expanded sales force in place with the right knowledge base and contacts to carry this amazing brand into new markets here in the Mountain States area."
