Michael Strickland Speaks Out on CNBC

Michael T. Strickland, Bandit Lites

In a potentially game-changing event, Michael Strickland, founder and CEO of Bandit Lites, took the industry's case nationwide this morning, appearing on CNBC Squawk Box. Appearing with Phil Erhart, for the band Kansas, and interviewer Becky Quick, Strickland eloquently made the case for industry relief, principally through passing the RESTART Act and enhanced unemployment relief. Among the statistics noted were the $38 billion generated annually by the live entertainment industry and its current 77% unemployment rate. Mention was also made of the upcoming day of action on September 1.
