Scott Johnson Joins the TOMCAT Team as Project Manager Scott Johnson joined Tomcat as project manager. Previously, he was senior design engineer at James Thomas Engineering, where he worked for almost 11 years. "We are thrilled to welcome Scott as the newest member of our team.
