Jessica Sabet Named VP of Client Experience at A.C. AmericasA.C. Americas has appointed Jessica Sabet vice president of client experience. In this newly created executive role, reporting to president Jean-Louis Blanchard, she will build and lead A.C. America's client experience team, with the customer service and service departments reporting to her. She will be responsible for setting the department's strategic direction, championing, customer advocacy, optimizing processes, and using data and performance analysis to guide decisions "Jessica has worked alongside the executive team throughout her career at A.C. Americas and has a proven track record in strategy, project leadership, and developing client-focused solutions," remarks Blanchard. "I am confident Jessica will excel in this new role, helping the company deliver a consistently positive client experience." Sabet brings seven years of experience at A.C. Americas to her new role. She joined the company as an executive assistant, supporting the executive team on board and executive meetings, legal and confidential documentation, and company growth initiatives. She was later promoted to strategic initiatives and special projects manager, where she led major corporate projects and client experience initiatives, including the company's ERP implementation, annual inventory leadership, and the opening of A.C. Americas's newest warehouse in Corinth, Texas. "When Jean-Louis became president in 2023, he established a clear vision for building a truly client-centric organization," Sabet says. "My new role as VP of client experience is about building on that foundation and helping make client centricity part of how we think, work, and make decisions every day. I am excited to lead our teams in bringing that vision to life, ensuring that we prioritize a simple commitment: Put our clients at the center of everything we do."
