Show Control Geekout 2026 to Feature Meow Wolf Facility Tour

Show control expert John Huntington reports that he and Jim Jannick, president of TimberSpring Design + Engineering, will host the 15th edition of the Show Control Geekout at Meow Wolf's Omega Mart, at Area 15 in Las Vegas.

Meow Wolf is offering a special behind-the-scenes look at the technologies that run Omega Mart.

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 16 (the eve of the InfoComm trade show) from 6:30-9:30pm with a required check-in before 7pm. Paid admission to the attraction is required; Huntington and Jannick will send out a special registration link and more information in May.

Aimed at current and aspiring show control practitioners, the Show Control Geekout, now in its 15th edition, offers presentations by industry experts on show control system architectures and approaches, both current and historic. A social hour follows.

This tour is intended for professionals and students in the entertainment technology industry. Space is limited, and registrations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're interested, please fill out this Google form.
