ADJ Prepares to Showcase Latest Hydro, Focus, and Encore Series Fixtures at ISE 2023

ADJ will be exhibiting from booth #7C500.

Following a two year pandemic-induced hiatus, the ADJ team is preparing to return to the ISE exhibition with a variety of new entertainment lighting solutions. Previously hosted in Amsterdam, Integrated Systems Europe now takes place in Barcelona, Spain and attracts thousands of professionals from the European AV and systems integration industries. ADJ's booth will feature a variety of the company's latest moving heads from the Focus Series and IP65-rated Hydro Series, as well as a variety of static fixtures from the Encore Series of theatrical lighting products.

ADJ's Hydro Series of IP65-rated "weatherproof" fixtures have been tried and tested on festival stages and at outdoor events on both sides of the Atlantic. They offer rugged build quality, paired with excellent output and features, at a price that delivers unrivalled return on investment, the company says. At ISE 2023, three of the latest additions to the range will be showcased: the Hydro Beam X12, a high output dedicated beam fixture utilizing a 260W Philips Platinum 12R LL MSD discharge lamp; the Hydro Profile, a feature-packed profile luminaire with 4-blade rotatable framing shutter system and a potent 660W LED light engine capable of generating an output of 25,000+ lumens; and the Hydro Spot 2, a spot fixture that pairs a 320W LED engine with an expansive set of beam-shaping tools, including CMY + CTO color mixing.

The ADJ Focus Series is a growing collection of compact LED-powered moving head fixtures, which are suitable for a wide variety of integration applications. On display at LDI will be the two latest additions to the range. The Focus Hybrid is a versatile luminaire offering an efficient 200W LED light source, combined with an extensive feature set, that can function interchangeably as a spot, wash, or beam fixture. It features motorized zoom and focus, two GOBO wheels, an independent color wheel, two rotating prisms and a replaceable frost filter. The Focus Flex L7 is a compact, quick, and punchy LED-powered wash-zoom moving head featuring seven 40W 4-in-1 red, green, blue, and lime LEDs. With a motorized zoom function that allows the field angle to be altered remotely between 57° and 6°, as well as extremely quick motor movement and individual pixel control, it allows for the creation of stunning high-impact aerial effects as well as wide-reaching washes, the company says.

Visitors to the booth can also expect to discover a wide variety of static, LED-powered stage lighting fixtures with lime-infused LED engines from ADJ's Encore Series. These will include the Encore LP5IP, Encore LP7IP, Encore LP12IP and Encore LP18IP pars, the Encore LP32IP panel wash and the Encore LB15IP linear wash. Also on display will be the COB Cannon LP200 ST, a compact yet powerful wash fixture with a wide 80° native beam angle (40° and 50° lenses also supplied) and a high CRI in excess of 90.

Offering a low power, long life, LED alternative to traditional ellipsoidal fixtures, ADJ's Encore Profile Pro theatrical fixtures will also be on display. Available with a range of lens options, but also compatible with existing standard ellipsoidal lens, two models are available: the Encore Profile Pro WW, which has a 260W Warm White (3,200K) LED source, and the Encore Profile Pro Color, which offers a 250W RGBWAL color mixing LED engine.

ISE will also see the European debut of ADJ's new Encore Profile Mini WW and Encore Profile Mini COLOR, which were officially launched at LDI in Las Vegas last November. These are extremely compact, yet surprising powerful, LED-powered ellipsoidal fixtures, which can be used with a choice of either a 15° - 30° or 25° - 50° manual zoom lens (sold separately). Both models are supplied with a size "E" GOBO holder and offer smooth digital dimming as well as variable speed digital strobing. The WW version features a 40W LED source with a color temperature of 3,000K and an extremely high CRI of >98, while the COLOR version utilizes an LED engine comprised of 16 x 3.5W RGBWAL (red / green / blue / white / amber / lime) LEDs, which allows extremely versatile color mixing.

As well as ellipsoidals and pars, the Encore Series also offers LED-powered Fresnel options. On display at ISE will be the Encore FR Pro WW, which is powered by a 200W warm white (3,000K) LED with a CRI of 97.2, and the Encore FR Pro Color, which features a 400W 6-in-1 (red, green, blue, amber, lime and cyan) color mixing LED engine capable of generating a full spectrum of colors, including white light with color temperature variable between 2,400K and 8,500K. Both models feature a 7-inch lens and a motorized zoom function.

Finally, the booth will also feature ADJ's LINK DMX control solution, the hardware/software system that combines the processing power, wireless connectivity and multitouch screen of an iPad with lighting-specific tactile controls and a four universe DMX interface. Powerful and user-friendly, the LINK fills the void between small single universe DMX controllers and large format lighting consoles. It is designed to simplify control for aspiring lighting designers, small production companies, churches, community theatres and performances spaces, providing a new connection between lights and creativity.

"Prior to the pandemic, ISE was becoming an increasingly important exhibition for ADJ in Europe and we are looking forward to returning in 2023," comments ADJ's European sales director, Sebastian Mobers. "As we continue to develop our product range, we are seeing increased interest from the integration market. From bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, to theaters, hotels and houses of worship, ADJ's diverse range of entertainment lighting fixtures are installed in venues throughout Europe. At ISE we look forward to introducing our latest fixture offerings to the market as well as meeting with integration professionals and helping them to decide on the most suitable fixtures for their upcoming projects."

Integrated Systems Europe 2023 will take place at Fira Barcelona - Gran Via, Tuesday January 31 thru Friday February 3. ADJ will be exhibiting from booth #7C500, where the company's experienced and multilingual team of sales and product specialists will be on hand to answer questions and provide one-on-one demos.
