Clear-Com Brings New Solutions to Prolight+Sound Guangzhou 2022

Clear-Com will be attending Prolight+Sound Guangzhou (PLSG) this year, exhibiting in Hall 4.2 on Stand A05 from February 22 - 25. Recognized as the largest entertainment and ProAV tradeshow in China, PLSG has become a key driver of growth, collaboration, and technical development in one of Clear-Com's core market areas. Clear-Com will be bringing its latest innovations -- Arcadia Central Station and FreeSpeak Edge Base Station -- as well its trusted, market-proven solutions, the company says.

"We are especially excited to attend this show as live events have begun to come back online," comments Jeffrey Wu, Clear-Com's regional sales manager and chief representative for China. "Clear-Com products have been critical to the live market for over 50 years, but we are still developing new and innovative products that we know will be welcomed by the attendees of this show."

Featured on the stand will be the new, award-winning Arcadia Central Station, a scalable IP intercom platform that integrates wired and digital wireless partyline systems along with third-party Dante devices in a single rack unit. From the largest theater stage to a corporate launch to the largest and most complex live events, Arcadia is well suited for a wide variety of applications, including those looking to integrate their wired and wireless solutions into a single, seamless system. The system scales to meet varying production needs, offering a base-level of 32 IP ports which can be expanded to up to 96 IP ports as needed.

Also on the stand will be the FreeSpeak Edge Base Station, an IP base station that supports the full range of FreeSpeak digital wireless intercom solutions encompassing multiple wireless frequency bands, as well as third-party Dante devices. Designed for quick deployment, users can be up and running with a transceiver and two beltpacks in less than five minutes. Other user-friendly features include a default system set-up right out of the box, the ability to add transceivers on the fly from the front panel, and to add beltpacks via USB -- all features result in a system that is ideally suited for live performances.

Some of the company's most popular products will also be featured on the stand, including the Agent-IC mobile app for iOS and Android devices, which has seen an uptick in adoption due to the rise in remote production workflows. When connected to Eclipse HX IP-capable matrices or LQ Interfaces, Agent-IC can quickly and cost-effectively extend communications access to any remote location and is ideally suited for scenarios where key contributors of a live production are required to be remote from the main event, the company says.

Additional products include FreeSpeak II Digital Wireless intercom, a five-channel, full-duplex wireless solution, HelixNet Digital Network Partyline, DX410 Digital Wireless two-channel intercom system and Clear-Com's Encore Analog Partyline MS-702 main station-all proven solutions for the live market.
