Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas Announces "Presentation and Portfolio" Intensive, June 18-19

Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas says it aims at achieving the most thorough preparation in as many aspects of live entertainment as possible. The institute continues to add to its curriculum offerings in the aim of better preparation for the workplace. As legendary industry salesman Sonny Sonnenfeld tells SILV students, "selling" yourself is the next hurdle to employment.

To address this, SILV has developed a weekend intensive in presentation and portfolio. A good portfolio and presentation is not good enough anymore, the thinking goes; you need a great portfolio and an even greater presentation. Participants can get the help they need, learn the techniques that will make the difference. SILV and Rafael Jaen, author of Developing and Maintaining a Design-Tech Portfolio will host an intensive weekend of portfolio and presentation techniques. June 18 and 19, 2011 in Las Vegas.
