As business development manager, James Watson will be instrumental in forging robust partnerships and collaborations with dealers and lighting designers across North America. Watson's background as a production manager includes directorial positions at prestigious venues such as the Warfield Theater, The Regency Ballroom, and AEG Goldenvoice in San Francisco. His sharp business acumen and extensive network will further bolster ICD's position as a customer-centric leader in the industry.

Erik Nelson, an experienced leader with seventeen years in the Live Event and Film industry, brings a wealth of expertise to ICD. Having served as a lighting designer, gaffer, and lighting programmer, Nelson's extensive experience in the Film sector will reinforce the company's standing in the Film and Television industry.
