Prolyte and ROE Visual Team Up for LED SupportFor their award winning, indoor HD LED display, Black Onyx and the outdoor MC-series, LED manufacturer ROE Visual were looking for a safe and reliable support system. Being familiar with Prolyte from earlier ventures, Roelof Bouwman, ROE visual general manager Europe operations, knew Prolyte would be the right partner for this project. As Bouwman says: "Since we're aiming high with this system, we also looked for a support systems that could live up to these expectations. Prolyte could deliver the brief without problem. Prolyte product manager Eric Laanstra helped us working out the final design, adding features and smart options that make it a complete, road proof system, ready for all applications." The support frame for the Black Onyx system is designed as a ladder based system, incorporating adjustable feet and integrated ballast options. It offers an easy and simple solution for setting up a floor supported LED screen in a safe way, the company says. All elements are coated black, to fit seamlessly with the Black Onyx panels. Prolyte Group is pleased with the cooperation. "This not only shows our ability to design bespoke structures, we're also happy with the cooperation as a whole. There's always mutual spinoff when you work together as manufacturers," says Marina Prak, head of marketing for Prolyte. At the Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt, a sneak preview of the system was on display in the Prolyte stand; the system is now being launched on a worldwide scale. ROE Visual will have the LED support system on display together with the Black Onyx panels at the InfoComm15, June 13Booth 5679.
