New Dante Enabled Digital Processors from Xilica Audio Design

Xilica Audio Design, a manufacturer of digital audio processors, and Audinate, the creators of the patented Dante digital media networking solution, announce the launch of Xilica's new Dante enabled Neutrino and Uno series digital processor models.

Neutrino is an open architecture-drag and drop based DSP while Uno is a hybrid architecture/apps based DSP.

Neutrino and Uno digital processors are available in 8x8, 8x16, 16x8, and 16x16 I/O models. Dante enabled models provide an additional 32 channels (16x16) of I/O via Audinate's award-winning Dante network solution. Neutrino and Uno series Dante enabled models not available in North America.

"With over 100 Dante enabled products on the market to choose from, it's easy to see why Dante is best choice for digital media networking" says Dave Anderson, director of sales from Audinate. Anderson adds, "Licensees such as Xilica are making Dante's interoperability an easy choice for many end users. We look forward to seeing more products by Xilica in the future"

Dante is built on IT standards, and is a complete media networking solution. Dante delivers a low-latency, tightly-synchronized, sample-accurate playback, while simplifying installation and configuration of A/V networks. Dante has become the leading solution of choice for a variety of professional applications as it demystifies audio networking.

Xilica's Neutrino and Uno processors, Dante enabled models, and optional Mini and Touch series programmable wall controls provide a complete DSP project solution for integrators along with Xilica's reputation for providing best in class audio performance.

"Product design and engineering for all our DSP products is located here in Canada," says Barry Steinburg, Xilica's sales and marketing manager for Canada and the US. "Providing Dante digital networking capability for our new Uno and Neutrino digital processors aligned perfectly with our established quality standards. Research, testing and customer feedback resulted in our decision to offer the Dante solution."
