PRG Invests in ROE Visual's Vanish V4ST LED Technology Currently Touring with the Wu Tang Clan

Rather than relying on traditional hanging methods, Video HOD Steve Jones and the PRG crew used the V4ST's unique mechanical flexibility to construct a massive, self-supporting curved upstage wall measuring approximately 18m wide by 9m high.

ROE Visual officially announces a landmark investment by Production Resource Group (PRG) in its outdoor LED screen system Vanish V4ST. This strategic acquisition equips PRG with a highly advanced LED solution tailored for the demanding environments of modern arena and stadium touring.

To demonstrate the immediate impact and versatile capabilities of this investment, PRG recently deployed the new ROE Vanish V4ST LED platform on the highly acclaimed Wu-Tang Clan: The Final Chamber European Tour.

As production schedules tighten and creative designs grow more architecturally complex, rental houses require display technology that minimizes load-in times without compromising visual excellence. The ROE Visual Vanish V4ST was engineered specifically to meet these challenges, offering high brightness, rigging options, and structural stability, ready for demanding outdoor use.

"PRG's investment in this state-of-the-art inventory allows the global production powerhouse to deliver integrated video architectures that can adapt seamlessly to diverse venue footprints across Europe and beyond," the company says. "Driven by Brompton Technology processing, including Tessera SX40 processors, the V4ST system provides unmatched data reliability and a rock-solid platform for high-bandwidth, real-time generative content and immersive environments."

"Our investment in the ROE Visual Vanish V4ST represents our ongoing commitment to offering our clients the most innovative and reliable technology on the market," says Yvonne Donnelly Smith, director of concert touring at PRG. "In a touring environment where load-in time is currency, the exceptional mechanics and speed of assembly of the V4ST system make a material difference to our production workflows. Seeing it perform flawlessly on a massive arena run like the Wu-Tang Clan tour validates our trust in ROE Visual to help us push the boundaries of live storytelling."

The practical benefits of PRG's new investment were put to the test on The Final Chamber Tour, where tour director Jen Bui, technical manager Matt Brewer, and the design team required a striking, samurai-inspired architectural stage setting.

Rather than relying on traditional hanging methods, Video HOD Steve Jones and the PRG crew used the V4ST's unique mechanical flexibility to construct a massive, self-supporting curved upstage wall measuring approximately 18m wide by 9m high.

*Rapid Assembly: The advanced frame mechanics allowed the crew to assemble the complex structure rapidly every day, cutting down crucial setup hours.

*Curved Flexibility: Built-in angling options enabled the creation of a seamless, deep upstage curve without the need to hang the entire structure from an overhead truss.

*Flawless Processing: Operating a high-density data load with full redundancy via Brompton processing, the screen delivered uncompromised, rock-solid performance with zero data drops throughout the entire tour.

"PRG has always been at the forefront of global event production, and we are thrilled that they have chosen the Vanish V4ST to expand their premium rental fleet," says Roelof Bouwman, managing director at ROE Visual Europe. "We designed the Vanish series to combine stunning visual transparency with the rugged, fast-building mechanics that touring crews deserve. Seeing PRG deploy the V4ST so creatively on the Wu-Tang Clan tour perfectly highlights how the right technology can turn ambitious artistic concepts into efficient, real-world touring realities."
