A.C. Lighting Expands Customer Service Team

A.C. Lighting Inc., distributor of lighting, rigging, and video technologies, has recently made several changes to their customer service team in order to better serve its clients and the North American market. These changes have been implemented as part of A.C. Lighting Inc.'s strategic growth plan.

Ana Cepeda has been promoted to the role of lead sales coordinator. Cepeda will be responsible for key client support of a dedicated client base and will take on new duties including reporting, training the customer service team, and creating procedures to improve sales support and the overall customer experience. Cepeda speaks fluently in both English and Spanish. Cepeda began her career with A.C. Lighting Inc. seven years ago working with the company's shipping department. She was moved onto the customer service team, where she quickly proved her excellent customer service skills.

Debra George will be taking on a senior customer service role this summer, moving away from the RMA processes and working with key clients, assisting with training processes and overseeing the returns and repair processes. George has been with A.C. Lighting as a valuable member of the customer service team since July 2014.

Chris Arriaza has moved into the role of sales account coordinator. Arriaza will begin working with the RMA process, as well as assisting clients with their requests. Arriaza has been with A.C. Lighting Inc. for two years working in inventory management for the shipping department. Arriaza speaks fluently in both English and Spanish.

Jim Boucher, customer service representative - sales support, has been with A.C. Lighting since February 2019. Boucher has an extensive background in sales, customer service, and marketing in the media industry and brings with him outstanding customer care skills. He originally joined the organization to assist in a temporary capacity and quickly accepted his role on the customer service team.

In April 2019, Leslie Thompson moved into the role of sales coordinator responsible for assisting clients with their requests and orders. She commenced her career with A.C. Lighting Inc. in 2017 as receptionist.

A.C. Group of companies has been growing over the past two years and has recently expanded to include a new division, A.C. ProMedia, offering multimedia products and solutions (audio, video, lighting, control networking) aimed at the install and architainment markets: fixed infrastructure, new designs and event venues.

"With the expanded customer service team, we have set ourselves up to provide high levels of customer service for both A.C. Lighting Inc. and A.C. ProMedia's client base," stated Tracey Hill, vice president of operations.
