Solotech Honored by the Canadian Institute of Theatre Technology

Denis Lefrançois, president of Solotech Inc. receives the CITT Supplier Achievement Award for 2012

At the recent awards banquet of the Canadian Institute of Theatre Technology (CITT) conference held in London Ontario, the CITT Supplier Achievement Award for 2012 was presented to Denis Lefrançois, president of Solotech Inc.

The award is presented to an individual or corporate entity that has shown sustained commitment to providing excellent service and products to the Canadian cultural industries community.

Lefrançois is the president and founder of Solotech Inc which is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2012. Since being founded in 1977, Solotech has strategically grown under Lefrançois' leadership to become a major force in its field.

By founding Solotech and nurturing its growth, Lefrançois has created a company that offers an exceptional level of service in Canada and around the world. Solotech employs over 400 full-time and more than 200 part-time individuals allowing them to develop their skills and to achieve international recognition for the excellence of their work.

Solotech operates on an international level as a provider of turnkey sound, video, lighting, and rigging systems. The company has a sales and integration division as well as a rental division.
