Hall Stage Secure UK Distribution for Maquinas Hoists and Control

Hall Stage adds to its product lines the range of hoists and control systems from long-term partners Maquinas Iberica. Maquinas systems complement and extend the Hall Stage catalog to include zero-fleet and wire rope point hoist options at very affordable prices, the company says.

Hall Stage has designed a specific entry level zero-fleet hoist -- the DGZ -- with a 771.5lb load on four lines and149' travel, moving a stage flybar at 39.5' per minute -- three times the speed of regular chain hoists or standard pilewind units. Designed for service use with lighting and technical equipment or basic scenery moves, the unit comes complete with all necessary drop pulleys and bar, wire ropes and local control.

Additional options include programmable control, variable speed up to 5'/second, flying lines and pre-fabricated cross-stage roof beams for easy installation.

Halls will have a selection of winches and hoists, including the new DGZ on stand 2-R28 at PLASA next month.
