Lex Products Promotes Tony Kambic to Lex West Facility Site Manager

Lex Products announces the promotion of Tony Kambic to site manager of Lex Products' West Coast office. In his six-year tenure with Lex, Kambic has served in several positions and progressive capacities.

Bob Luther, CEO of Lex Products Corp., says, "As Tony moves into site management and accepts new challenges associated with running Lex West, we are confident that he will learn the new skills necessary to ensure we give our customers the type of service and product they have come to expect. We are thrilled Tony will continue to grow with Lex Products and are certain he will keep our values on the winning track."

In this new role, Kambic will be charged with the planning and coordination of sales, marketing, procurement, and production initiatives. Along with Jeff deRecat, territory manager, and Pat Legler, inside sales representative, he will be an additional point of contact in supporting Lex Products' customers in the Los Angeles area.

Kambic started with Lex in 2008 in a role that facilitated order entry and returns. He worked to implement Lex Products' first return process. He then collaborated with the operations and sales teams to optimize the order entry process and add centralized mailboxes and procedures to ensure quality.

Kambic became responsible for the Northeast U.S. territory one year later after joining the sales department. In this role, he was able to use his industry experience and contacts to become a trusted advisor to the temporary power industry across this regional area, which included New York, Philadelphia, and Boston. He later integrated several departments to solve urgent and long-term product concerns, handle inoperative products, returns and defects from vendors when Lex started a technical service department.

More recently, while in the role of product manager, Kambic oversaw the acquisition and integration of ATS Lighting, which has since become Lex Products' first line of portable work lights known as LuxCommander. It was in this role that he also evaluated market trends, launched new products, ensured pricing was competitive, and combined his past experiences with power distribution and lighting.

Kambic is a Pittsburgh native, avid Steelers fan and has a Bachelor's Degree in theater arts with a lighting focus from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kambic can be reached at 818-827-9835 or tkambic@lexproducts.com.
