Harlequin Floors Announces the Retirement of EVP Pat Basileo Harlequin Floors announces the retirement of Pat Basileo, effective July 31, 2023. Basileo has been with Harlequin for 28 years and has made significant contributions to the success of the American Harlequin division of the company during her tenure. She has played an integral part in the Executive leadership team and is recognized for her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence in all areas of the business. "Pat's expertise and presence within the industry will be greatly missed by her colleagues, customers, and the entire Harlequin Group worldwide," says Guy Dagger, chief executive officer of the Harlequin Group. "We are proud to have had such an amazing leader in our organization and thank her for the invaluable work she has done for the company." In light of Basileo's retirement, Kasper Nyboe will transition into the role of executive vice president/COO for American Harlequin, a role he previously held with the Group's Hong Kong office. Nyboe brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having worked in various roles across multiple divisions within the company since joining in 2006. "I'm honored to have been chosen for this role," says Nyboe. "It is a privilege to join such a strong team in the Americas, and I look forward to continue building on Pat's legacy." Basileo was equally as enthusiastic about her successor, "Kasper is an excellent choice for this role," says Basileo.
