ROXX to Unveil CLUSTER BIG EYE and CLUSTER M2 in World Premieres at leat con 2026

At Booth #A1-C05 at leat con 2026, the AV trade show in Hamburg, Germany, October 6-8, ROXX is presenting two new lighting tools: the CLUSTER BIG and CLUSTER M2.

The ROXX CLUSTER BIG EYE is a blinder for designs in which light is not merely an accent, but a visible element of the stage design. Its large circular front combines the familiar character of classic tungsten blinders with a striking presence both at a distance and on camera, the company says. A 3,000 W RGBA+WW LED engine delivers more than 80,000 lumens and is matched to the existing ROXX blinder family in DWE look, color, and dimming characteristics.

Arranged around the central LED unit are 48 additional, individually controllable 10W RGBA pixels. These pixels extend BIG EYE's role far beyond that of a powerful blinder: it can be used for animated graphics, colored backlighting or as a stand-alone effects layer. The central LED engine and pixel ring can be controlled independently or combined into a single look.

The unit offers several optical and mechanical configurations. A clear front, 34-degree Fresnel lens, and 56-degree DWE lens change the character of the large front, while the optional signature star, connector, retro yoke, and four-way barndoor further expand the system. Thanks to the company's Easy-Click connecting system, the unit can be removed from the CLUSTER frame tool-free and used as a stand-alone fixture in a rig, on a stand, or as a floor light. Its IP66 construction also extends its application range to outdoor productions.

CLUSTER M2 is ROXX's first scanner. Its true strength lies in the creative possibilities that speed unlocks, the company says. Mirror movement with 150-degree pan and 40-degree tilt enables immediate direction changes, tightly timed chases and movement patterns that moving heads simply cannot replicate, the company adds.

Its 400W cold-white LED engine delivers more than 45,000 lux at 16.4'. An 8:1 zoom from two degrees to 16 degrees delivers both concentrated, sharply defined beams and wider projections. Nine rotating and 14 static gobos, with an eight-facet circular prism and four-facet linear prism, provides extensive creative options. As both prisms sit on separate optical planes and can be indexed and rotated independently, they can create richly layered beam effects.

At the heart of M2 is the patent-pending ROXX DeepCMY color-mixing system. It combines a clean, saturated magenta and a deep, powerful red in one CMY system -- two colors that conventional CMY systems often struggle to render with the same intensity, the company says. Complemented by linear CTO and a wheel with nine dichroic colors, M2 covers everything from subtle to saturated shades. It is also IP66-rated and integrates into the modular CLUSTER system.
