GoVision Names Todd Wickstrum New VP, Design and Engineering

Todd Wickstrum, GoVision

GoVision announces that Todd Wickstrum has been hired as the company's new vice president, design and engineering.

Wickstrum brings nearly 20 years of engineering experience with Peterbilt Motors in Denton, Texas, to his new role at GoVision. He will lead the company's continued focus on cutting-edge design and engineering projects associated with its permanent installations, custom design and fabrication projects, custom trailers, GoVisionTV installations, and more.

"Todd has a unique skill set in that he not only understands engineering concepts, but he has strong senior management experience and knows how to work from the ground up through design, production, and fabrication," said Kevin Faciane, GoVision's executive vice president of business development. "Having grown up in a ranching and farming family, Todd often saw a need for a specific piece of equipment and took it upon himself to design and fabricate it to improve the day-to-day efficiency of his family's business. That's the kind of ingenuity we love to have at GoVision!"

At Peterbilt, Wickstrum worked in various roles with increasing responsibility, from design engineer to project engineer, manufacturing engineer, field service manager, dealer development manager, and finally, strategic product planning manager.

"I have a passion for approaching each project from the viewpoint of designing a product that's most effective, durable, and functional for the customer," Wickstrum said. "I think that, and the fact that I take great pride in the quality of my work and collaborating with my team, makes me a perfect fit for GoVision at this exciting stage in its history. I am so proud to join Chris, Kevin, and the entire team, and am grateful to them for putting their faith in me."

Wickstrum graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University in 1994. He has led designs and concepts resulting in two patents. He was chosen to attend the PACCAR Institute for Managerial Leadership in Holland and has a broad range of experience working with corporations in Europe, Canada, and the US.
