Lee House Joins Green Hippo as Hippotizer Product Manager

In August, Green Hippo added Lee House to its London based team as product manager for the firm's Hippotizer media server range.

The company notes that House has a strong background in the world of lighting and AV, having previously worked at Flying Pig Systems, High End Systems, and, most recently, AC Entertainment Technologies. His role at AC was to build up the newly founded video division three years ago, a role which led him to gain advanced knowledge of the Hippotizer server range.

"I've been a huge fan of Hippotizer since its first appearance at PLASA in 2004, and distributing the product in the UK led me to become so close to the product I couldn't refuse the opportunity to step even closer by taking on the roll of Hippotizer product manager," House says. "This position is one I relish, and I'm looking forward to the next phase of Green Hippo's evolution. The future developments and features in the pipeline for Hippotizer took me by surprise even after years of working closely with the product, and to be at the helm of a respected product such as this as it enters its second phase of evolution is, quite frankly, exciting and challenging in equal measures."

House's role will be to continue the product's growth and become the central control point for Hippotizer, liaising with both development and the marketing team to ensure that the increase in popularity of the award-winning server range remains controlled and focussed.

Lee is no exception, and has been feeding ideas and concepts into the way the product is developed and presented for many years. House will be attending PLASA Show, September 11-14, with the team at Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, Stand Number 1 - G6.
