PR Lighting Launches New XR 800 SpotThe XR 800 Spot from PR Lighting uses the latest Philips MSR Platinum 35 lamp -- an 800W light source that not only produces an extremely bright light, but a wide zoom range from 7.5- to 50-degrees. Its compact construction, silent operation and low power consumption make it an ideal tool for use in TV, theatre, and corporate events. Other features include an advanced color system, with smooth CMY color mixing and macros, seven dichroic color filter wheel (plus white), half color effect, with vari-speed, bi-directional rainbow effect, step/linear color change, and linear color temperature correction. It has a fully featured effects library including a rotating gobo wheel, with seven interchangeable gobos (plus white), fixed gobo wheel, 1x3 facet vari-speed prism (bi-directionally rotatable), frost wheel, animation wheel and dimming (0-100% linearly adjustable), iris (5-100% linearly adjustable), and shutter (0.3-20fps strobe). Constructed in 100% composite plastic, and IP-20 rated, the XR 800 Spot weights 30kg and measures 410mm wide x 710mm high x 349mm length.
