GoVision Names Two New Regional Account Executives

Patrick Carlile and Mike Renfro, GoVision

GoVision announces the hiring of two talented sales professionals in the role of regional account executive.

Mike Renfro will assume responsibility for parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and most of the southeast region. Patrick Carlile will serve as regional account executive for Arkansas, Kansas, parts of Texas, and most of the northeast region.

Renfro was an original member of the team at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, where he led business development until 2009. He was instrumental in securing the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships in 2004, which generated more than $60 million in economic impact for the DFW Metroplex. He joined Quicksilver Resources in 2010, representing the company as a host committee member for the 2011 Super Bowl in Arlington.

Renfro is best known for his prolific career as a wide receiver with Bum Phillips' Houston Oilers and later with Tom Landry's Dallas Cowboys. He earned All America honors at Texas Christian University, from which he graduated in 1978. He is a member of the TCU Hall of Fame and the SWC Texas Hall of Fame.

Carlile joins GoVision with more than 18 successful years in relationship sales, with an emphasis on negotiations and brand building. He most recently served as national sales director for Blue Ribbon Products, following successful sales stints at Malco Products, ITW, Atmel, and Hitachi. Carlile has likewise developed long-standing and mutually rewarding relationships with major retail companies such as Sony, Motorola, Pep Boys, Mother's and Meguiar's Industrial Products. During his tenure within the semiconductor and retail industries, he negotiated and managed a $25 million portfolio of branded sales.

Carlile is a 1989 graduate of West Texas A&M University, and also attended Dallas Baptist University.

"Both Mike and Patrick have outstanding business development credentials, and I know they will do an excellent job representing our brand in their territories," said Scott McKinnon, executive vice president of sales and marketing at GoVision. "As we continue to expand across the country, our regional account executives are going to play an integral role in our success, and I couldn't be more pleased to have these gentlemen lead the way."
