Rose Brand Inc. Welcomes Installation Manager John Eckert

	John Eckert, Rose Brand

John Eckert recently joined Rose Brand as installation manager. He is an ETCP Certified Rigger- Theatre and CM certified hoist technician and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in various areas of technical theatre -- first in regional educational, and then Off-Broadway theater. After attending SUNY Brockport, Eckert started working with PRG at Scenic Technologies in 1995 and then on Broadway and industrial shows, mostly in automation. He moved on to J.R. Clancy Inc. around 2006 and installed large projects around the country. He has been freelancing for the last several years for several organizations, including Rose Brand, and has worked on jobs throughout Canada; Guadalajara, Mexico; Osaka and Tokyo, Japan; and Taipei, Taiwan ROC. He is a 30+ year member of IATSE with the last 20 years with local 311 Newburgh-Kingston in New York.
