COVID19, Westview, and You

Westview offered this update as to how its business operations are being adjusted to best serve client needs during the COVID-19 pandemic:

"As we navigate through COVID-19 challenges together, we want to reassure you that Westview isn't going anywhere. We have not experienced any reduction of workforce or productivity, as we have been a company built to adapt based on the unique nature of our project work. Here is an update as to how our business operations are being adjusted to best serve client needs.

We are prioritizing our government agency, military, and data center projects to help ensure these agencies continue to operate. With the need for travel so essential to success, we have internal guidelines with which we will adhere to, helping ensure the effectiveness and safety of our team. Our detailed Job Site Safety Plan has helped us be prepared for this pandemic, and is helping ensure we are taking proper precautions for the health, safety, and continuity of our field team to be able to deliver on your project deadlines. To help ensure business continuity for your projects, our team is reaching out to clients directly to ensure we are working together to both maintain ever-changing schedule expectations as well as remain healthy and safe for the long-term needs of the project.

Our customer service team is available and able to assist you with your order fulfillment needs. Or if you have questions on product, design, software, or training, they can help with that as well. Additionally, Westview is in consistent touch with our vendors to monitor the supply chain and be proactive for our customers. We have increased inventory on a wide variety of items to be able to meet your expendables needs in the coming months, and are always available via phone and email to help with your sourcing requirements. Feel free to call even just to ask questions; they are here to help.

In all we do at Westview, safety is our absolute highest priority. It is important to mention that we are not utilizing N95 masks or other urgently needed equipment that is essential to emergency responders unless we are specifically directed to do so. We do, however, have appropriate and adequate safety gear for all Field Services team members. Our field team has full authority to stop work at any job site they feel is unsafe or not in compliance with federal, state, or local safety recommendations, including those relating to COVID-19. This is not a new policy at Westview, but mentioned here as it relates to health safety. Additionally, we have removed all office staff from any co-working location, and implemented a remote-working strategy where we feel it is in the best interest of the team.
