Hall Stage Announces New Senior AppointmentHall Stage announces that Steve Shortt is joining the business as head of design. His appointment is part of Hall's ongoing plans for growth in new product development and projects and installations. Shortt has been working in the US and Canada on Hall Stage products with US partners Thern Stage Equipment, Hall Stage North America, Epic Production Technology, Gridworks, and many others. He has over 30 years' experience including theatre and entertainment, rigging and engineering. Having hammered out many custom rigging designs, some notable projects include kit-out of the new Tonight Show NBC TV Studios in Hollywood, the LA Live plaza pixel wall and AEG Broadcast Studios in Los Angeles. Commenting on the move, Shortt highlights his historical links with Hall Stage, having worked in countless theatres and arenas across North America and finding their products in regular use with half a century of service behind them.
