PPi Lights Up New Atlanta Ferris Wheel

	SkyView Atlanta selected PPi as the lighting designer for Atlanta's newest downtown attraction.

SkyView Atlanta chose PPi as its production partner in creating the lighting design for Atlanta's new Ferris wheel.

As production partner, PPi lent its services to the project by creating a dynamic lighting installation display on the Ferris wheel. In the evenings, the Ferris wheel brightens the downtown sky.

"I'm extremely happy with the hard work our team has put in for this project. Greg Haygood, Brian Sarlan, and Frank Kendall were pivotal in the successful design and installation. Their professionalism solidified the confidence SkyView Atlanta has in PPi. The entire lighting design is controlled by a single Hog 4 PC to enable the client to be able to manipulate the lighting in various scenarios.

The SkyView Ferris wheel stands about 20 stories high and has 42 gondolas. It's located directly across the street from Centennial Olympic park at the South end. Each gondola can hold up to six people including the VIP gondola which comes with leather seating and glass flooring. SkyView Atlanta will offer services for private events and parties.

"We're very excited because PPi has given us the opportunity to give specialized branding to our clients and on the same note it will give an offer to our existing local clients that will be visiting us on a daily basis," shares Jesse Lirette, director of marketing and sales, SkyView Atlanta.
