NSCA to Exhibit and Provide Industry Networking During InfoComm 2013

In response to a story reported yesterday that indicated NSCA would no longer be present at the InfoComm show, NSCA would like to set the record straight. While the NSCA and InfoComm contract under its current arrangement has expired, NSCA is committed to continuing its support of the InfoComm show moving forward. NSCA will be present on both the show floor and in hosting the NSCA Education Foundation Industry Charity Concert featuring the Drunk Unkles in 2013.

In addition to its continued presence at the InfoComm show, NSCA will provide more frequent educational opportunities at smaller venues and events to capitalize on emerging markets, such as Mass Notification and Emergency Communication systems, keep its members apprised of policies and regulations, and build business and management skills that will help integrators grow and prosper.

As stated in the earlier story, NSCA president Ingolf de Jong said, "We want to make sure that we are providing products and services to the integrator community that help build better businesses -- and that's singularly what we want to focus on." de Jong further maintained that NSCA is the go-to resource for troubleshooting, gaining required business skills, managing day-to-day operations, and expanding into new business opportunities and models.
