d3 Technologies Announce First d3 reseller: Intersonic AB

d3 Technologies has appointed their first ever reseller to look after sales and support for d3 in their region. Stockholm-based Intersonic AB will be looking after new d3 customers in Sweden and Finland, with d3 Technologies' head office in London continuing to support existing customers.

The agreement with Intersonic AB is the first in the company history of d3 Technologies, who prior worked on a direct sales model only. Sarah Cox, d3 Technologies sales manager EMEA, explains: "d3 has reached critical mass in a variety of regions and Scandinavia is definitely one of them. To move to a reseller model makes perfect sense to us. Those using d3 will have local support, training, and account management made available to them. At the same time, d3 Technologies will continue to focus on what matters most to them: developing tools that save time and allow users to explore their creativity in more depth. It matters much to us to be able to fully support our customers and Intersonic AB stands for the same values. It's a great fit."

Established in 1997 and part of the Bright Group since 2014, Intersonic AB started their journey in pro audio distribution before moving into pro lighting and video. In 2015 sister companies Intersonic AB, One Two Sales AB, and SFL (Svensk Film & Ljusteknik AB) merged into one, and continue its business under one name, Intersonic AB. From professional photographers to major rental companies and venues in Scandinavia, Intersonic AB cater for a wide range of customers. After becoming resellers for Barco in 2014, the company carefully considered several media servers before decisively choosing for d3.

Linnea Ljungmark, COO lighting and video at Intersonic AB, elaborates: "d3 really was one of the major missing pieces of our video puzzle. We like to think long-term and focus on lasting relationships with both manufacturers and clients. d3 is so much more than a box -- it is know-how and with that, a tool with a lot of visual potential. The brands we represent are always carefully selected -- and with d3 we're excited to share the know-how, and grow and develop side by side with the market as it expands."
