Adamson adds Concept Audio, France to Project Energia

France-based rental company, Concept Audio joins the growing list of Adamson's Energia Beta Partners. In addition to their new acquisition, the long-time Adamson partner also carries Y18's, Y10's, T21 Subs, SpekTrix, and M15 monitors in their inventory.

Pierrick Burgin and Hugues Mongrand are founders and the managing directors of Concept Audio. "The Y18 did not disappoint, our techs and customers were in heaven," comments Burgin recalling the early days of line arrays. As Adamson started to make the new Energia system's details public, Concept Audio kept in close contact with Adamson's French distributors DV2, about becoming a member of the Energia Network. Recently Concept Audio had the opportunity to join Project Energia and jumped at the chance.

Before diving in blind, they wanted to compare the evolution of line array systems offered by various manufacturers. Adamson prevailed over the other recent offerings. "Man, it is incredible. It's powerful, lightweight, and it sounds astonishing. We had demos by others brands, but the E15 is simply the best system in the world!" starts Burgin enthusiastically.

The first Concept Audio gig with the E15 system was Spring Fest promoted by FM Radio Allouette, taking place outdoors for an audience of about 27,000 people. They put up 24 of their E15 boxes, 12 on each side, and used six T21 subs in cardioid mode per side on the ground.

In weeks to come E15 will appear on various outdoor festivals including: Hellfest Summer Open Air 2012, Free Music Festival in Montendre, 25th anniversary of Futuroscope, Festiv'Ete in Moutiers sous Chantemerle, and on shows with Johnny Clegg, Sinsemilia, and as a cross-rental for Audiolite at Brest Maritime Festival 2012, and the Bobital Festival.
