Bandit Lites Sales and Installation Team Grows

Bandit Lites' international sales and installation team is expanding with the hiring of Rudi Aldridge and Brandon Gauthier.

Aldridge joins Bandit as a sales and design associate with more than 20 years of experience in venue operations and management, including the Tennessee Performing Arts Center as an event master electrician and technical director at a multi-venue facility at Vanderbilt University. Aldridge's vast lighting design background also featured productions for the Tennessee Repertory Theatre, Nashville Opera, Acme Moving Company, and Chinese Arts Alliance Nashville in addition to working as a systems integrator and project manager.

In his new position, Aldridge will be working with Bandit clients through the entire process, from concept, to design, installation, and training.

"In this field, growth as a professional requires hard work, but it is neither real nor permanent if you are not associated with the people doing the big things, the good work, and making clients happy," Aldridge said. "This is why I am thrilled to be starting my third decade in lighting and rigging working beside Chris Barbee and the other industry leaders at Bandit Lites."

In addition to Aldridge, Bandit's sales team also is growing with Gauthier as an installation and service specialist. Due to his previous experience as the lighting and sound director of the Orlando Repertory Theatre, lighting supervisor for the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, and as a programmer and designer for DKL Productions, Gautheir brings great insight to Bandit clients with his ability to relate as an end user. At Bandit, he'll be poised to provide support to the sales and service department and act as a go-to contact for clients for system support, troubleshooting, and sales information.
