Reel Video Delivers with a New Custom Frame System

LED technician Taylor Bragg configured and mapped the three custom creative LED columns this summer at the Assemblies of God Fine Arts Festival in Louisville, Kentucky.

In order to serve a wider range of their customer base, Reel Video Systems collaborated with the design and fabrication team at Tyler Truss Systems to develop a custom aluminum frame system for their LED product. While the popular roll up LED walls are enjoying plenty of time on show sites around the US, the new frame systems allow for a wider range of custom creative LED solutions that meet a wider range of customer designs, the company says.

Reel Video Systems frames use the same indoor/outdoor rated Lighthouse VideoBlades 12 product to display brilliant video in almost any configuration imaginable, according to the company. The new frame system has already spent time on show sites, providing LED video support for the 2012 Indianapolis 500 victory celebration, Firefly and Forecastle music festivals, the Chobani Olympic Community Celebration, and the USA Olympic Swimming Trials to name a few.

"We have a lot of people interested in our roll up product, but certain constraints require a different solution. These custom frames fill the gap between our roll up product line and the design requirements that cross my desk on a daily basis. It is incredibly exciting to be able to provide the same great LED product in a frame format," explains Andy Gerber, displays manager at Reel Video Systems.
