Eliminator Lighting Announces the Vortex 150

The Vortex 150 projects a barrage of razor-sharp beams that sweep across the room in vivid colors and dynamic patterns, the company says.

Eliminator Lighting has expanded its lineup of high-energy effects with the introduction of the Vortex 150 -- a next-generation barrel mirror scanner that combines classic motion with modern power. Equipped with a potent 150W cool white LED, the Vortex 150 blasts vivid, razor-sharp beams through a rotating mirror, creating dynamic aerial effects that fill spaces with energy and movement.

Building on the success of the original Vortex, the Vortex 150 is Eliminator's the latest evolution of its barrel mirror scanner series. This new model is said to supercharge the high-energy classic effect with a 150W white LED light engine, delivering intense output, dazzling beams, and nonstop motion that electrifies any venue.

Designed for nightclubs, mobile DJs, entertainment venues, and party environments, the Vortex 150 projects a barrage of razor-sharp beams that sweep across the room in vivid colors and dynamic patterns, the company says. With 11 color/GOBO combinations, variable mirror rotation speed and manual focusing adjustment users can dial in everything from subtle ambiance to full-throttle dancefloor intensity.

"The Vortex 150 is all about energy and visual impact," says Albert Paredes, product manager for Eliminator Lighting. "We took the familiar barrel mirror scanner effect that lighting professionals love, and gave it a massive performance boost. Whether you're running in standalone mode or syncing it to music with DMX, this fixture makes it easy to fill a space with movement and excitement."

The product offers standalone operation with six built-in light shows, plus DMX and RDM control with two selectable channel modes. Its compact design, lightweight housing, and high-output LED is designed to make it a reliable and affordable choice for both fixed installs and mobile setups.
