RCF to Launch New HDL30-A Line Array at Ultimate NAMM Night January 27

RCF's HDL30-A Line Array

RCF continues to expand the HDL family of line array products with the HDL30-A. With a family of products that now ranges from the active, dual 6" two-way HDL6-A to the active, three-way dual 12" HDL50-A, RCF has rounded out a family of line array solutions to meet the needs of any size live event production or any performing arts installation need.

RCF will launch the HDL30-A with a concert presentation on Saturday, January 27 at NAMM 2018. The event will be held in the Anaheim Hilton California Ballroom from 8:00 - 11:00pm. Entertainment will feature the Ultimate Jam Night Band featuring Mitch Perry (Edgar Winter, Lita Ford), Matt Starr (Mr. Big, Ace Frehley), and Chuck Wright (Quiet Riot, Alice Cooper) with special guests from other event sponsors Dean Guitars, Ampeg, and dDrum. The event will be by invitation only to NAMM attendees. Passes will be available at participating sponsors and RCF booth 18310.

The company says the HDL30-A is positioned to deliver a new starndard in pro audio production. High powered, lightweight, easy to array offering full-range frequency response down to 50Hz, linear response and zero-degree phase the HDL30-A becomes the ideal solution for touring, event production, and installation.

A compact, 2,200W bi-amped two-way cabinet, the HDL30-A features two neodymium 10" woofers coupled with a 4" voice coil high-frequency compression driver mounted on a time coherent 100-degree x 15-degree 4PATH waveguide.

RCF has specifically matched each component for optimal performance. Not only in engineering design, RCF actually manufactues the cabinet and transducers. This process allows for matching the transducers for better clarity and performance. Crossover point for the high-frequency driver is 680Hz, with woofers offering response down to 50Hz while achieving SPL levels up to 137dB.

RCF engineering puts a new perspective on linearity with the introduction of FiRPHASE technology into the cabinet's DSP. FiRPHASE is a proprietary and advanced FIR filtering technology that optimizes dynamics, amplitude and phase patterns ensuring transparent sound and absolute clarity.

The HDL30-A also includes RCF's RDNet onboard. RDNet allows for continuous monitoring the entire system and individual components, provides for system configurations including design of array angles with the built-in inclinometer, set EQs as well as adjust gain and delay settings.

Considering its acoustical power, its performance and its cost, the company says "the HDL30-A provides one of the most effective price-to-performance ratios in the industry today."

Features include:
* 2200W peak power
* 137dB max SPL
* 100-degree x 15-degree coverage
