Gator Cases has expanded its popular line of water-proof injection molded utility cases with a new custom fit model for the Mackie DL1608 mixing console. This unique case provides serious protection in a sleek and lightweight shell.

The GMIX-DL1608-WP features a water-proof and dust-proof seal with IP 67 and Mil-STD-810F Immersion test certifications. Which the company says means this case can endure the harshest of elements. A custom fit foam nest fills the interior and provides a snug fit for the DL1608. The outer shell is constructed of a tough impact-proof lightweight NK-7 resin material and comes with an ATA-300 flight safe rating. The case secures with the unique easy release Powerclaw latching system. The exterior features a soft-grip carry handle and can be padlocked.

Gator's new GMIX-DL1608-WP injection molded water-proof case fits both the Mackie DL1608 and DL806 models and is available immediately from authorized Gator Cases dealers. The company says there are additional models also available for Presonus Studiolive 16.0.2 and Line 6 Stagescape mixing consoles.
