ISC Looks to International Event Security Market as Company Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Pat Carr, ISC Ltd.

Integrated Security Consultants Ltd (ISC) celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. As part of its continued expansion the company announces plans to take its expertise working with the UK's leading brands to clients internationally.

Founded by event security specialist Pat Carr in March 2003, ISC has grown from a start up company to a business that is entrusted with the safety of some of the world's most iconic venues, brands, and their patrons. Over the last ten years, the company has protected VIPs, assets, and the public for clients such as Wembley Stadium, London's Natural History Museum, M&C Saatchi, and the NFL, in addition to safeguarding high-profile occasions including the UEFA Champions League Final and hundreds of corporate and sporting events.

Earlier this year the company was also awarded the contract to provide crowd safety management services for Singapore's multi-venue flagship, the Singapore Sports Hub, due to open in April 2014. As part of this contract ISC Ltd has incorporated a new Singapore-based company, Integrated Security Consultants (S) Pte Ltd.

In its 10th anniversary year ISC intends to build on its experience of major events, including 2012's Olympic Games in London, and find ways of sharing this with new clients internationally. "We are focused on continuing to build the brand awareness of ISC, our services, and people, and apply this experience further in the industry," says Carr. "We fully understand the needs and expectations of worldwide brands and have expertise in deploying experienced customer service representatives to high-profile events, greeting sponsors, directors, athletes, and other VIPs."

"We believe we have invaluable expertise to share with similar potential clients and aim to transfer the very high standards we have here in the UK to the international events market, as overseas nations look to us after the Olympic year," he continues.

Carr believes the company's success is founded on a profound understanding of the needs of its clients. "Our company ethos is to strive for excellence and provide an outstanding service," he says. "We do this by identifying clearly the client's vision and adopting their values so that we can integrate with them and provide a seamless operation. We have many years' experience of providing corporate stewards and SIA-licensed security officers to small and large-scale events. In addition, we have the operational knowledge and a record of providing exemplary service in all spheres of live events."

Among the specialist services provided by ISC are corporate security, manned guarding, operational planning and consultancy, recruitment, and VIP protection. ISC's team draws from specialist backgrounds and experience, ranging from highly experienced industry experts, police and military to event and venue security planning, crowd management, recruitment, and logistics experts.

Managing director Carr has undertaken a lead role on over 600 major events with attendances between 75,000 and 125,000 attendants. He has been involved in security planning and provision for the UK and Europe's most prestigious and high profile events, from the London 2012 Olympics and NFL International Series (UK), to music events for Robbie Williams, Madonna, The Rolling Stones, and U2. He has implemented security across locations from festival sites, concerts, and major sporting arenas to the country's most unique and challenging venues. As part of the company's ongoing contract with Wembley Stadium, he is retained as operational planning consultant for Wembley Stadium Consultancy.

To coincide with the company's ten year anniversary, ISC has also re-launched its website.
