ADJ to Show New Versatile, Value-Driven Professional LED Stage Fixtures at 2013 WFX Show

Flat Par QWH12X

Churches today are striving to update the look of their services and productions, while cutting energy costs and staying within tight technology budgets. ADJ says it is helping houses of worship achieve this fine balance with a collection of affordable, energy-efficient professional LED stage fixtures -- including pars, moving head beams, and a new followspot -- which will be on display at the 2013 WFX Show, held in Dallas, Texas, October 2-4.

Many of ADJ's new lights are versatile, allowing them to be used for multiple functions. "Today's churches may need lighting for a variety of different applications -- worship services, concerts, holiday productions, youth centers, and live video streaming," said ADJ national sales manager Alfred Gonzales. "ADJ has addressed this need by designing fixtures that are versatile enough to be used for different types of illumination needs, so that churches can stretch their lighting budgets."

Here's some of the new pro LED fixtures that will be on display at ADJ's WFX booth 1142:

Flat Par QWH12X -- This low-profile LED par not only comes equipped with 12 5W quad-color LEDs (RGBW) for smooth, shadow-free color-mixing, it also contains a white LED to produce hard-to-achieve cool whites. The presence of a white LED makes this flicker-free unit ideal for broadcast applications as well as color washing. This slim par features a unique "sit flat" design, with its power and DMX ins/outs mounted on the side of the unit rather than the bottom, so it can be set directly on the ground for uplighting or easily mounted inside truss. The DMX-compatible Flat Par QWH12X features six operation modes and can also be operated wirelessly with ADJ's LED RC2 infrared remote controller (sold separately). It includes 44 built-in color macros, a color strobe effect, 0-100% electronic dimming, and long-life 50,000-hour LEDs. The unit is ETL approved.

Inno Color Beam Quad7 -- A high-performance LED moving head, the Inno Color Beam Quad7 produces the hard-edge (10-degree angle) beam effect. Powered by seven quad-color RGBW CREE LEDs, the unit also offers plenty of pro features, including two DMX channel options, three operational modes, exciting built-in programs; LED strobe/pulse effect; 0-100% electronic dimming; high-quality stepper motors; and 540-degrees pan / 200-degrees tilt. This full-featured, intense-beam moving head will help any house of worship take its concerts and productions to the next level.

FS600LED -- A modern LED followspot, the FS600LED is ideal for worship services, stage performances, and live video streaming. Featuring an 18- to 26-degree beam angle, the high-power 60W unit offers a full complement of features that give it the flexibility to adapt to virtually any stage spotting need: eight colors (including warm white and UV); variable strobe speed and dimming capabilities; adjustable iris; manual focus; and shutters for manual framing. Extremely cool running, the FS600LED consumes only 80W of power at maximum use and includes three- and five-pin DMX, a gel frame holder and hanging bracket.
