Announcing the Launch of PLASA Focus: Leeds 2014

PLASA Focus: Leeds 2014 launches today with free registration and a new website. The event for entertainment technology in the north of England will be held April 29 - 30, 2014, at the Royal Armouries at Clarence Dock, only a short distance from the center of Leeds, West Yorkshire.

With a fully sold out floorplan, the annual event looks set to continue its success story. Long-standing exhibitors returning include: A.C. Entertainment, Adam Hall, AED Distribution, Artistic License, Avolites, Bose, Chauvet, Clay Paky, d&b audiotechnik, ETC, Hawthorn, J&C Joel, Martin Audio, Martin Professional, Midas, Nexo, Philips Lighting, Robe, Sennheiser, White Light, and Yamaha. New exhibitors include: Actus Industries, Citronic, Coda Audio, ELC, Line 6, Sound Directions, Source Distribution, Universal Stars, and Warehouse Sound among many others. Chauvet Professional is also confirmed as this year's platinum sponsor.

The show will see many new products making their UK debut, following their international launches at ProLight + Sound and ISE. In total 130 brands will exhibit across two sold-out halls, and the highly acclaimed Professional Development Program will run alongside the event, providing visitors with free access to over 20 seminars and product demonstrations.

Director of events Chris Toulmin comments, "This year will see the expansion of the Professional Development Program in Leeds, providing visitors with more sessions to choose from than ever before, all delivered by respected industry figures."

Last year's show attracted over 2,500 members of the North's theatre and event production community, and organizer PLASA Events expect to see this increase, as has been the trend year on year since the shows inception in 2009. The informal atmosphere the show is renowned for will remain in place, with free refreshments and socializing areas, making PLASA Focus: Leeds 2014 the ideal place to network, do business, and meet new people.

Free registration is open now. Visit the URL below to sign up for a free ticket and to receive announcements in the coming weeks.
